Cost: 2000 kyanite for each spin

Based on my experience, each spin has ALWAYS increased in percentage (maybe lucky or just a bug since Wartune says a lower percentage can come up)

200% can raise BR up to maybe 10k

Resets at 0500 daily

A must have...

Important to know to save your TOK (Tower of Kings) and free WOF (Wheel of Fate) on September 5th (TODAY) so that you can do them September 6 @ 0000 server time. Those can only be done once (unless you balen WOF)

Also limited are plunders so save your plunders on Sept 22 until Sept 23 @ 0000 server time.

Be careful if there are maintenances any of those days which can cost you your "extra" rewards

Ultimate Refiner Update

Seems obvious but it's likely true, based on player reports on forums, the event only works for 5 attribute items

Seems like the G.Ms are aware that it is not working.

The trick was to use a GREEN item to refine it to 10 since it will be very easy without taking up refine locks but it is broken and I was not able to test it.

The next easiest would to be doing BLUE items but again need to wait to see when it gets fixed to test.
